Would rate 3.5 if I could; Not horrible but the power goes out SO often (6+ times a year). They’re trying to upgrade it a bit but they are cheap with upgrades and lack that extra professional touch to make sure things are done in a fully professional and proper way. Ex: improperly flooring finish around walls, if a tree branch is falling instead of hiring a company they tie it to their car and try to pull it down (not successful) rather than hiring a company, they don’t clean the outside of... building ever, gutters and outside lights are broken and have been for a while, certain outside paneling is peeling and hasn’t been fixed, etc…so it’s okay but not great. Fair price and reasonable ownership. Lived here for years with very few issues. Pretty large for an apartment also.
