I've stayed at this apartment for over two years, and the highlight for me is how professional, nice, and accommodating the people who work here are. If we had any issues (which weren't many), they always did their due diligence to communicate, follow up, and make sure the problem was fixed. I also want to shout out the resident handyman who works here - Mario - who is extremely nice and good at his job.

Shady
Watch out for random or incorrect charges added on to your rent ledger. Charges are added without notifying you so if you are not want to pay attention to these things then Arbor Club is probably not the place for you.

Review
I have lived here for 4 years. There has been a noticeable improvement about a year ago when a new company took over. Apartments are being renovated. New appliances are being installed. Outside landscaping has improved. Office staff are pleasant, professional, and responsive to your needs. Mario, as the maintenance supervisior, is top notch.

Woodchase Apartments (1064/207)
Great apartment in a great complex. One bedroom with a ton of space, spacious living room and plenty of storage closets. Kitchen area in same space as the living room keeps everything together nicely.
