This is a quite unit on a quite private road! We only have the 2 units and we live on the road too - we are not a rental agency or complex. Rent includes heat, septic, well water, and snow removal. We are not on town water or sewer, but there is town... trash collection. Unit comes with electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, and there are washer/dryer hookups right in the unit. Fridge, dishwasher, and micro are new. All carpets to be replaced before move in, and living and kitchen will be hardwood - not pictured as will be installed once unit is vacant. Lots of little details make this a cute unit. We have a 4 person occupancy limit because of the well and septic tank ratings. Master has a separate entrance. Total of 6 rooms in unit - 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and eat-in kitchen and a living room with a separated area for entry way with some storage - unit actually has ample storage between closets and kitchen cabinets. Close to Westbrook, Portland, the lakes, beaches, and interstate. NO PETS, NO SMOKING - FIRM. Not accessible/no elevator. Ample, free, parking for multiple cars, and nice outside common areas.
