At 17 years old, this proud Chicagoan arrived in Washington D.C. for the first time to attend college. Stephanie fell in love with the city so much that she relocated to the area after graduating from Howard University decades ago. Her passion for the real estate industry began in 2003. Stephanie, who was looking to invest, quickly realized the need for real estate professionals and took matters into her own hands by getting her license. A few things Stephanie learned from Chicago and Howard University—where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting—remain with her today; understanding how to manage and maximize your money, the importance of learning, teaching & education, and most of all HOW TO WIN.
