Great Community!
Recently moved in to a 2br renovated apartment and have loved everything about my new place! I appreciate all the amenities the community has to offer which are included at no extra cost. Location is also amazing since we are close to shops, restaurants and metro. The leasing office team has been attentive by answering any question I had and made sure my move in was perfect. You get what you pay for
I lived at this property for a couple of years. When I first came I genuinely loved it. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves and there’s a fair amount shopping close.
The part that got me to leave is the management. From my experience I had been lied to a couple times. If you go to them be mindful they will try to put it back on you. Whether that means charging you $100 for a new parking sticker or blaming you for bringing up an issue and making it a problem. Parking is a mess. One day... they just decided to stop giving out passes because they don’t have the capacity to support the amount of people within the units. They legit just refused all guest passes and didn’t send any kind of notice. That is just my experience but from speaking with other residents they’re waiting on their lease to expire as well. Glad I got out while I did.

Good value for my money
I like this small community; it is always well maintained and has friendly neighbors. The attention in the office is very personal that makes me feel at home. They come soon every time I call them. The location is close to almost everything. There is no 24 X 7 maintenance service though.
