We had the displeasure to have Marsella do the viewing for us due to her looking somewhere between depressed and hostile during interactions and generally unfriendly attitude. She showed no initiative and didn't understand basic questions we had. I did talk to residents after my viewing and they reported that they used to and continue to have unreliable communication with their new management and some residents weren't even aware they had a new manager which tells me the information is true and... they don't keep their residents in the loop.
Given that Marsella's lack of friendliness spoiled my desire to rent and the residents reports of other leasing members being unreliable and unpleasant I will stay out of unnecessary drama and avoid this place if I can help it. Had an issue over the weekend with a fridge, young gentleman fixed it in no time, hard working and respectful. Galvan Maintenance crew is top-notch always!

From discovery, tours and now being here for 1 year - this building has been everything you want and more. Stephanie in the leasing office is the best, her team is responsive, the maintenance has a sense of urgency no matter how big or small a repair is.

Whenever I have a maintenance request to be fixed it's normally done the next day. I have never encountered a bad experience.
