The property is well maintained, and the overall environment is pleasant and organized. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about residents and works hard to ensure a great experience. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy this apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick to respond. The admin staff and Ms. Robin is amazing.

I moved to ridge gardens apartments the end of the month and my experience has been perfect by far. The leasing agent robin was very professional, helpful and nice and it seem that everyone in the office shares these qualities as well . The neighborhood has been quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Also robin called and checked on me after I moved into my place . I love my apartment big and spacious

The maintenance staff is awesome. The office staff is terrible from the receptionist up to the property manager. The property was sold and it went down hill after. The office staff is rude! All repairs are basically a bandaid due to the new management, nothing was ever replaced.

I have had several horrible experiences and I won’t be renewing my lease. During the summer months my apartment gets VERY hot. They have checked out my A/C several times and they say the A/C can only make the apartment about 20 degrees cooler than outside…. But even at night my apartment stays in the mid-70s. I also arrived home from work one summer day to find my air conditioner completely removed and sitting on my balcony because of renovations. I was never given any notice to told they I... would be left completely without air conditioning.

I asked the property manager if they could do something about the lack of insulation which would probably help the apartment maintain a proper temperature, and I emailed him several times, I’ve never gotten a response to my requests.

I have had several instances where my water is shut off for “emergency repairs” which oddly enough only happen when they are renovating another apartment. I have gotten ZERO notifications that the water needs to be turned off.

You get less than 24 hours notice when they are going to be entering your apartment for non-emergency stuff, even though the lease requires at least 24 hours notice.

They love to send out emails and text messages when the office is going to be closed; but they don’t communicate with the PAYING tenets when there is an issue or there is going to be a planned repair.

Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. Had issues with mice. Have major issues with bugs.

The only thing I like about the apartment is the layout. The kitchen design is great and the layout is great. That’s the only positive thing I can say about the horrible experience.
