I lived at Harbors Edge Apartments from December 2020 until recently, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

While things were fine in the beginning, the last two years of my residency were extremely disappointing. I went through three dishwashers—the second replacement only lasted a few months, and it took over six months for management to replace it. Maintenance requests were often delayed or not handled properly.

There was also an ongoing mouse problem. Pest control efforts... were ineffective, and I had to catch multiple mice myself. Despite reporting that the issue affected the entire unit, treatment was limited to the kitchen, and a promised seal-proofing was never completed.

The leasing office was largely unresponsive to these concerns, yet very quick to enforce rent and threaten legal action. That imbalance was especially frustrating as a long-term resident.

The rent may be lower than nearby properties and the location is Metro accessible, but the ongoing maintenance issues and lack of responsiveness were not worth it.

When I moved in my refrigerator and dishwasher did not work, it took them months to replace it. The a/c units are terrible, I will have the heat on 80 & it will be 69 degrees inside & this is in the very cold winters. They always use excuses saying that “Oh thats because its so cold outside”. There is a BAD mice problem here on top of that! The leasing manager is rude, ghetto, & has very little intelligence. I do not recommend at all, everything is just bad. Move in about a month ago I truly appreciate everything they done I love the apartment nothing perfect but living here is peaceful the maintenance team is awesome the management team is understanding a.d good they do there best and they keep their words you will get your month worth i love it here

Customer service is top tier. Very nice and kind individuals in the leasing office. All smiles and laughs. AJ helped me with my tour, very kind and funny.

I have been complaining to both the rental office and the corporate office about having a mice infestation since April 2025. I constantly see mice on a daily basis run into my stove, under my refrigerator and even between the dish washer and the sink. None of the appliances have been checked for holes or replaced. This entire apartment is inhabitable and unsafe for any living person.
