When I moved in my refrigerator and dishwasher did not work, it took them months to replace it. The a/c units are terrible, I will have the heat on 80 & it will be 69 degrees inside & this is in the very cold winters. They always use excuses saying that “Oh thats because its so cold outside”. There is a BAD mice problem here on top of that! The leasing manager is rude, ghetto, & has very little intelligence. I do not recommend at all, everything is just bad. Keep a lawyer on standby because you... will need it.

Move in about a month ago I truly appreciate everything they done I love the apartment nothing perfect but living here is peaceful the maintenance team is awesome the management team is understanding a.d good they do there best and they keep their words you will get your month worth i love it here

Apartment Infested With Mice
I have been complaining to both the rental office and the corporate office about having a mice infestation since April 2025. I constantly see mice on a daily basis run into my stove, under my refrigerator and even between the dish washer and the sink. None of the appliances have been checked for holes or replaced. This entire apartment is inhabitable and unsafe for any living person.

BEWARE
Worst community to move in office staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL i only been here a month and im leaving!!!! To start they moved me in an apartment that was not ready carpet was not properly cleaned toilet did not flush tissue down they gave me no mailbox key no visitors parking pass no pool pass for my daughter an it was no air conditioning which caused me to be hospitalized TWICE!!!! They did not care about me and my 5 year old daughter getting sick because of the air they failed to have fixed... before i moved in then they blamed the air not working on a storm which was bull i have several friends in the neighborhood who had air and the neighbors in my building also had air..... i have seen 2 mouses in the laundry room the apartments Are infested with roaches DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These unprofessional people are all about making money and screwing the residents over!!! They will be nice when you are touring the property but when that lease is signed they do not care about you!!!
