Waste of money
DO NOT waste your money. Every year since I moved in my AC/HEAT unit has broke down. Management does NOT care about the residents. They are not worth the money. The units are old with old broke down appliances. Save your money. LOOK else where. For these prices you can go to the newer apartment complexes here in Owings Mills.

Decent Place to Live
I've lived here since November and the Apartments are really nice. They mean it when they say luxury. The only issue I had was with property management. They can be terrible at times when resolving issues, other than that its a nice place and quiet community to live in.

The property manager that workers in the office she is horrible she don’t know how to talk to us , community is awesome, but the property manager mouth , she young but if you can’t handle the public don’t work for it... other wise community is awesome, been resident for 5months now

Great Place To Live!
Been living here since November, and nothing but good things to say about this complex. Maintenance response is almost instant, amenities are usually kept up very well (although the club room isn't 24 hours), and I never have any serious problems with noise. I live in the back building which faces the new construction and I haven't experienced any inconveniences from it as of yet. The office staff is very efficient, the manager is BEAUTIFULLLL and never too busy to stop and help or to say hello.... Overall, The View at Mill Run is a great place to live. Great job!!
