I moved into a two bedroom, two bath unit less than a month ago, but so far everything has been superb. The management team was incredibly helpful during my application and move-in process. After initial inspection uncovered minor things that needed adjustment, the maintenance team responded within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and within two days all the repairs were complete. Neighbors in the building have been warm and welcoming. The building is clean and quiet. I really couldn’t ask... for much more. I only reduced the rating by one star because I would have preferred hardwood or tile flooring throughout the unit and a different type of paint used in the high traffic areas., But these are minor things. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

This apartment's management team is terrible. They never answer emails, don't pick up the phone, and take forever to fix any problems. Nothing gets done here. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. The management is completely unresponsive and don't seem to care about helping residents at all.
