used to think highly of this place but I've been without hot water since Friday. I called the property manager and she said that she would try to send someone out to my apartment. I've called endless times and now they tell me that the lack of hot water is not an emergency that they would come out on Monday. So I spent the whole weekend without hot water because they felt like it. Because it's not them. That had to take cold showers. Totally uncalled for. Here is the list of times that I called... and still today, Sunday at 7:03 am they didn't come

We understand how disruptive it is to be without hot water, especially... over a weekend, and we recognize that this experience did not meet the level of service we strive to provide for our residents. After reviewing the situation, we identified opportunities to improve how these types of service requests are handled and have taken steps to ensure similar reports are escalated appropriately moving forward.
While the repair required additional diagnosis and sourcing of replacement parts, we understand that does not lessen the impact the situation had on you. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and regret the frustration this caused.
