I've lived at 1111 Light St. for over a year, and I've had an incredible experience living at this apartment! The apartment unit is in great condition with spacious closets, the apartment building is clean, the staff are incredibly kind, and maintenance responds quickly. The amenities, including the gym, the parking, and the rooftop deck, are also fantastic!

Great apartment in a great location
Have lived here for over a year and never had any complaints! Communal spaces are kept very clean (I see staff cleaning when leaving for work every day in the morning), no signs of bugs, and appliances looked well maintained upon move in. Closet spaces are large and fit a queen sized air mattress, so my visitors have a mini room when they visit. Location is great for access to downtown, right on main north-south bus line, water taxi dock to fells point is close, and plenty of restaurants around.... Also walkable to Ravens and O’s games! Office staff has always been friendly and responsive. Met some new friends through apartment-sponsored events too.

Great pet friendly apartment and creative social events. Love the location and staff. Just wish it had a pool.

Great location
This is a great complex! The staff is friendly, the location is great, and the large windows make for great views and natural lighting. There is sometimes street noise and noise from other residences, but that will be the case anywhere in the city. The only thing it is missing is a pool!

Don’t rent here if you expect straight forward management
I enjoyed living here for the most part even though there were issues. When I gave my notice to not renew, I also enquired about a new lease. At that point, we were not contacted for a while. Once I finally came in the office (they do not regularly answer phones, their answering service wasn't helpful, office hours didn't work for me to come in person most days with my job), we worked out a shorter lease. However, they never sent me the lease and wouldn't give me the actual rent price even... though they gave us a deadline. Fast forward to them not giving us the information we needed to renew and now saying we didn't give notice. They have made this much harder and a fight when there is no reason it should have been. Every other apartment would give you the price of your rent and your lease documents. And other apartments I've been at who have normal business hours respond quickly and don't give you the run-around. I would not recommend because their management clearly has a profit motive only

Clear and timely communication with our residents is a priority, and we deeply apologize... for any frustration this situation may have caused.
As part of our policy, residents are required to provide a 60-day notice to vacate. While we made efforts to accommodate your inquiries regarding lease extensions of six, three, and one month, we were unable to approve your request to vacate at the end of January, as it did not meet the 60-day notice requirement.
We are currently reviewing your documentation and concerns thoroughly to ensure your experience is addressed appropriately. We encourage you to reach out to us directly at 1111lightstreetmanagers@wpmllc.com, so we can further investigate your account and work towards a resolution.
