Moving from a home where I lived for 44 years was a huge transition, but all of the staff made it positive. From the manager of leasing who “Welcomed me home,” to his assistant and maintenance team, I couldn’t ask for a more capable and kind group.
The Royale is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. A stones throw from the metro and Rockville Pike, it’s a great location. I definitely made an excellent decision to move here!

I’ve had a great experience so far at the Royale. The leasing process was smooth and easy and, Phillip, my leasing agent has been incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. Since moving in, the concierges have been so friendly and always willing to help. It’s made settling in feel easy and comfortable. Plus, the apartment, amenities, and common spaces are so beautiful! Highly recommend!

The building exceeded my expectations in all manners. The ambiance is inviting and comfortable. Everything is clean, well maintained, the building has european finishes, and there are arts all around.
It feels safe, and well illuminated at night. There is also a 24/7 concierge. The manager is constantly planing gatterings and... events for the residents, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I love that the building is quiet, and convenient located. There is a convenience store across the street. It is 5 minutes walk to the metro, and about 6 minutes drive to access 270 or 495.
