The apartment is nice and very spacious. The two bedrooms apartments have two wallk in closets in the master bedroom which I love. The bedroom is big enough to fit a king sized bed and a couch and still have space. The second bedroom is also a nice size with a nice closet space. The living and dining room are also spacious. The balcony has a small storage space that you can use for whatever you would like. I use mine to store clothes that are not in season. My kitchen is small but I love it.... The bathroom is also small but it has a huge mirror and medicine cabinet. The apartment is nice overall and I love it.

Even 80% of my friends love this place but recently things are going wrong
I have to be sincere, so please read on. I guess they activated section 8 in this apartment, recently things have been going wrong. I have been here for about 2 years now, despite bad reviews, my experience was great. It was fun living here, very clean and good neighborhood, call for any repair the handy man is right in front of your door, great commute to the Capitol Height Metro, bus stop is right in front of the apartment, enough parking space for you and your visitors, CVS, Shoppers, Barbers... saloon, gas station, anything you want from an area and apartment, they are all across the road. 80% of my friends requested for the apartment Agent contact number when they visit me and see how good this place was. Its a pity things are going wrong now, Noisy neighborhood now, you will see teenagers sitting on stairs, loitering everywhere even till 12 midnight, I cant go out at night without the fear of been stopped - but never happen, smell of weed from when you enter the apartment main door till you get inside your room, the weed smokers don't even consider their children inside the room with them. Some good neighbors have left cos of all these changes. Police are called every time due to noises and loitering and other issues, cleaners seem to be on strike- dirty stairs. I think things can get better, rooms are very big and well constructed. My days are numbered here and I sincerely wish I could stay longer if its still the way it was almost 2 years ago, it will be hard to find all in one package like this place with the exception of the negative experiences listed above.
