My big issue is we pay gas and electric but I can't use my ac when I want to have to wait till may for them to switch it over it's already 75 to 80 in my apartment in April why change filters have us pay bill but unable too use either heat or electricity when we want been living here 6yrs then there is waiting list for painting

Just moved to this property and I have so many regrets. The apartments unit has roaches, there's a homeless man sleeping in my building, drug dealers everywhere!!!

Living here has been decent, it was my first real apartment. I can list a few pros and cons they won't tell you before moving in.
Pros - nice affordable rent, spacious units, updated appliances (pretty decent washer & dryer, dishwasher, etc.) rental office workers aren't that bad they've fixed every problem I've had, gym area is decent and is always clean.
Cons- There are 4 large dumpsters in the entire complex 2 for each side so trash is obviously over-piled and in the streets on most... occasions especially holidays, no gates or locks to keep outsiders from coming in the complex there is one security guard that patrols the entire complex and he misses everything that goes on I've seen at least 4-5 fights/altercations since I've been here and this is my 7th month, walls are pretty thin hopefully you don't live under anyone with children because you will hear every step they take while playing, there are SO MANY TEENAGERS in this complex summer is the worst because they will hang out all night on the stairs of your apartment smoking weed, fighting, eating and leaving their garbage in the hallway its a mess, lastly MAINTENANCE ! they aren't the worst but they could do a lot better at speedy service first of all they are really hard to get in touch with but once you do they usually take under 24 hours to get to you, but the problem you will have is whatever needs to be fixed will never be fully resolved they always do a rush job so the problem becomes reoccurring and you will most likely become very familiar with their faces
