walked in but was treated like I had an appointment!!! I walked in and the young lady that greeted spent time sharing details of the property and gave me a tour. I was very impressed. Im not looking to move until June but I believe i've found my new apartment home.

Appears to be a great place to live The staff (Kash) that provided the in person tour was great. She was very detailed and provided a very indepth review of the apartment and all the potential amenities.

Great Space and Staff will 10/10 recommend The apartment was simple and clean, I enjoyed my almost 4years there and would definitely recommend it. The building itself is beautiful and I got a lot of compliments when guests visited, the cleaning staff do an incredible job keeping the place together even when some residents don’t. The leasing staff are present most times and if not they are very good with responding to call an emails. Shout out to the Manager Michael he is incredible and runs a... great team. The Maintenance staff are also great. Location wise 5 minutes walk to metro whith a nice restaurant downstairs makes it very convenient. The garage is also attached to the building which is perfect. One parking can do a bit more on safety but the building does have a cop patrol sometimes which is nice too. the unit itself is spacious enough and unlike most areas in DMV I didn’t have any issues with roaches or rodents, the maintenance also fix things Very very quickly.
