Roaches and mice in apartments, untimely work order addressing, unfriendly/uncaring staff, trash commonplace and to be expected, not working utilities for hours/days at least once a month, random brown water when running the tub, mold in bathroom that was just painted over between tenants. Do not recommend if your quality of living is important to you.

Management took no accountability or action. I am a single working professional woman and I lived on my own in a studio. I was paying for reserved parking to guarantee that when I got home from work late no one would be parked there. Practically EVERY night someone was parked in my spot, I called the tow and then would go to the leasing office the next day for them to say there was nothing they could do. I also had my car broken into, in that very reserved spot. When I went to see what cameras... the property had they only had one on the first floor of the building. The managements response was “We don’t guarantee your safety we only provide a place to live”. At this point I stopped paying $95 for a reserved spot that wasn’t even really reserved. I had at least $700 worth of packages stolen in the 2 years that I lived here. The elevator was constantly broken even to the point that I was forced to move out late since it was out of service for the entire month of May. There are rats infesting the surroundings of the property and even mice in the hallways and stairs. Truly disgusting behavior from management and I will NEVER recommend this property to anyone.
