I’ve been living at Motiva Apartments for a little over 3 years now, and I can honestly say this is the happiest and most comfortable I’ve ever felt in an apartment community. Motiva has been through a few management transitions over the years, but I’ve grown to truly appreciate and respect Murn Properties. Since they took over, you can see and feel the difference. They’ve made it their mission to keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and with real intention. They’re one of the only... management companies I’ve ever experienced that consistently answers the phone, follows up, and actually fulfills work orders promptly. That alone says a lot!

I have to highlight India, our property manager. She has been absolutely stellar since day one. Professional, direct, and incredibly reliable — she always follows up to make sure whatever I needed was taken care of. Most property managers do the bare minimum, but India treats residents with genuine care and respect. She’s proactive, she communicates, and she takes her role seriously. It makes a world of difference.

And let me brag on the maintenance team for a second! They always greet you with a smile, they’re so personable, and they actually follow up after a repair to make sure everything is still working properly. I’ve never experienced maintenance service this fast and this friendly anywhere else I’ve lived.

Is Motiva on the pricier side? Yes — but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth every penny for the safety, responsiveness, professionalism, and peace of mind you get here. There is Not much parking spots, it’s usually taken up. You can not reach someone on the phone when you try calling you get forwarded to the robot.
People do not clean up after their dogs, the smell of weed/smoke/dog pee in certain places. The packages aren’t organized

People are beginning to throw trash on the ground and maintenance nor the rental office do not respond or answer emails or requests. Mold growing and spreading in the hallway on 2nd floor, and my refrigerator filter has not been changed still having black particles floating in water. Not drinkable

Community is very friendly and Samantha from leasing was amazing. She was very helpful and kind.
Residence is clean and comfortable however the elevator seems to be constantly broken. Hopefully that is fixed soon.

The application process was incredibly smooth, and I was approved with ease and excitement! When I moved in, it was beautiful, and I love what I see and how I live now.
