Amazing hospitality and extremely helpful

We came from TP and was in need of a quick place to move into, John helped us out and guided us through the process. He’s extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. The location is wonderful and a complete 180 from what we were used to, but nevertheless our family loves it here and recommend others to join the community.

Maintenance is always responsive and very friendly, especially Mario. He is always waving at us when we see him around the complex.

Overall the community is not bad it’s just some of the residents have no consideration for other people and the noise they make is ridiculous

Worst place to live no security and 0 maintenance

If I had 0 star option, I would have picked it. After living for a year, I am writing my honest review. This is not at all a safe place to live. All the car tyres are being stolen, clothes are being stolen from Washers and dryers in daylight, found 3 BULLETS in children’s playing area, drugs and what not? Too much of rent with 0 maintenance. No one will bother to listen to yo ur concerns. 0 maintenance, worst place to live.
