We have a 2 bedroom apt that we can rent to 1 person for $795 per month plus utilities, so you'll be getting a 2 bedroom apt by yourself, which is a good deal. Rent for 3 Students - If there are 3 students living in the 3 bedroom apt and all 3 are paying rent, the rent is $440 per person per month plus utilities. These are the NEWEST and CLOSEST Apartments to CAMPUS!!! It takes only ONE minute to WALK to Frostburg State University!!! Our apartments are across from all of the buildings including the library, lane center, the CCIT building, Compton, Frampton, Dunkle, the Fine Arts building, etc.... You really can't get any closer!
