If there is only 1 person renting the 3 bedroom apt by themselves, the rent ranges between $840 - $1,050 per month plus utilities. Rent for 4 Students - If there are 4 students living in the 4 bedroom apt and all 4 are paying rent, the rent is $295 per person per month plus utilities. If there is only 1 person renting the 4 bedroom apt by themselves, the rent ranges between $1,035 - $1,180 per month plus utilities. Welcome to RentFrostburg. Our apartments at 86 Bowery have been recently renovated and feature....Stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove, upgraded maple kitchen cabinets, granite bathroom vanity and spacious apartments. We are only one block from Frostburg State University, and everyone walks to campus from our location. We can rent to both students and non-students (professionals).
