Grocery shopping approximately 1 mile from the house, and you're a 10 minute drive to Columbia Mall and the Hospital. Access from the garage to the space and the rear deck and patio is all handicapped accessible, including accessible bathroom and shower. The space is leased furnished as shown, but furnishings are negotiable. A small office and storage are available for additional fees. While there is a pool, it will not be in use this year. Laundry and full kitchen are shared, but the space does have a private kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave.
