Love this complex and Paige was amazing!
I was looking for a place that was close enough to work and city amenities, but still peaceful and suburban without being too close to the noise. I saw the reviews and almost walked away from Belmont. I am so glad I didnt! Paige was the leasing agent that made the difference. She was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable and answered every single question, even the hard ones. She was the reason I signed the lease and I have zero regrets. This is really a lovely community with the amenities I desired... without paying for the ones I dont. PERFECT! Highly recommend.

Most pleasant staff I have ever encountered
I honestly have never walked into a place and felt more welcomed. Paige is wonderful and I immediately felt at ease. I can’t wait to call this place home.

This place is magnificent
There were some hiccups with the application process, but Paige the leasing agent was wonder woman and got it done for me. I couldn't be happier in my time at Belmont.

Don't Move Here
I'm at a loss for how to begin addressing the numerous issues we've encountered in our living space. We've faced a range of problems, including mold, mildew, leaks from the ceiling, plumbing troubles, a roach infestation, among other concerns. Additionally, I experienced a fall on the property in January, which I reported to management, yet there was no follow-up action taken. Unfortunately, the condition of this property has been deeply unsatisfactory. Response from management has been horrible... . Don't walk, run away from this property
