I had the opportunity to never live here as the day I had my tour, I saw everything I wanted to avoid. The grass and area were disgusting, dog poop and trash buildup. The leasing agent, or what they would like to call him, was late to the appointment. He was smoking and came up nonchalantly asking if we had been helped, when he was the only one at the office. His demeanor was off and spoke quietly, which upon request to speak louder, did so with an attitude. On the tour, the apartments looked... awful. I know it's am older building but the lack of care is noticeable. It also smelled horrid, weed and something more. Absolutely horrible place to live. When I moved in (January 31), there was damage everywhere, shower faucets were broken, exhaust fans were broken, I was missing blinds in my master bedroom, and the heat did not work. After that, there was flooding which left a giant hole in my bathroom ceiling, pooling of water in my other bathroom, and a crack in the ceiling between my master bedroom and bathroom. This was left for almost a month before repair and the bathroom was utterly unusable with the... constant debris falling. About two weeks later, my bathtub started overflowing with black something. A plumber had to be called out and giant wads of black hair were pulled out of the tub (I have red hair). About a week later, my kitchen sink began overflowing with water and other substances. A plumber was again called and I was informed it was my upstairs neighbor's garbage disposal in my sink. Currently, I am dealing with a mouse infestation. On 5/14/21 I was schedule to move in this place. Upon arrival to sign my lease with my uhaul truck and all, I was informed that they didn’t have an apartment available for my expecting wife and myself. They showed us two back up apartments, a one bdr and two bdr, both not ready for move-in. One bdr would be too small for us and the two bdr was mouse infested, literally traps all over with dead mice on them. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had, and I was stationed in Japan for 5 years... . Then they are refusing to pay me for my moving cost inconvenience of $125 for the uhaul (all that I am asking for) and I am still waiting on the $500 refund of the deposit. If you want to live in a place where your constantly being lied to, then this place is for you. This is the worst place I've ever lived. The maintenance is rude, they don't like to maintain the trash. If you come here looking to rent just take a look at the dumpster areas. They haven't picked up trash in over a month. Yet they charge monthly for trash. They over charge for gas. My gas bill went from average $40 a month in the winter to almost $100 a month. We moved in 10/2020, since then it is been a nightmare.
MICE infection, trying to fix this issue since then and now it is a plague, IT IS NOT SAFE, and they don't even care.
IF you like to come from work and find people using drugs inside the building this is the place.
they are going to show you a beautiful apartment, but once you move you will see the reality.
Had to fight with them to change the dry washer for 2 months, because it was not working, they charged for this service and in... the meantime we had to go and pay EXTRA for this service.
We regret moving to this place without reading the reviews.
