I moved to Tenmflats last year and I will say this, I don’t often write reviews for apartments, but my experience at Tenmflats has not been a good one. I want to help warn potential tenants/applicants from leasing at this apartment. I’ve had issues receiving phone service at my unit and when I’ve addressed it with them, they aren’t interested in fixing the problem. The maintenance crew is great, however, it takes them way too long to address the issue when you submit it on the portal. I don’t... blame the maintenance crew for that though. The maintenance crew is one the few bright spots of this spot. The units are way too expensive to be getting this poor of a service. They will hold events often in hopes of you forgetting the mid service that you are receiving. I know people have said their attraction to this place is the location, which is fine, but it isn’t worth the price. The constant fire alarms are such an inconvenience that it can range anywhere from 7 am in the morning to 2 am at night. They have it more often during the day which can be a bummer if you are trying to get an afternoon nap on the weekend after a long work week. I will conclude in saying this the worst apartment I’ve ever moved to mainly because of how much they are charging and how little they provide from a service aspect. Please be wise and don’t move here if you don’t have to.

Poor management
This apartment complex is falling apart. Poor management, bad smell in the garage at all the time, pet smell in the elevator, rude staff in the leasing office and pool area is making it difficult to enjoy your time.

Horrible place
Management lacks any sense of professionalism; packages get lost often and the front desk abruptly leaves during the weekends without any timely notice.
I moved from downtown Baltimore, and I would say the the crime here (especially vehicle thefts, and break-ins) is significantly worse. There is a lack of security. Random people are able to get inside the community (you can tell because they ask other tenants to key them in) to use our amenities like the basketball court and gym. Also, a bunch... of smokers in the stairwell and garage.

Terrible Living Experience
I recently moved out of Ten M after living there for 2 years. Among my greatest concerns was the noise from the neighbors above as I lived on the 1st floor. Late night music, a little kid running around til late hours, and the lack of attention to this problem by the "management". this meant sleepless nights. The next concern was the constant smell of weed in the hallways which I presume came from the stairways. As I'm not a smoker, and the community (allegedly) had rules, I didn't expect to... feel like I was living in a bong. The key fob they provide is a joke, as Ive encountered people walking right in as someone else exits. Why use a key fob, when the doors are easily passable without one. This was a safety concern that the "management" apparently has ignored. Next, I had to pay for a 2nd car for their garage and it's quite well known that car theft was a problem. Also, folks drove at high speeds up and down the garage and the garage gate was very frequently inoperable. Further, it was not safe to come home from work to a poorly lit garage when there are car thefts going on. Oh, and the "management" were quick to say surveillance cameras weren't working. I'd think you'd be safer parking on the street... For the rental prices they're quoting, do yourself and your family a favor and rent somewhere else! Run away from this place!
