A quiet but fun apartment community. People are nice. The area is very walkable and has lots to do. Only problem is the elevator brakes or stops working very often.

Living here has become extremely inconvenient due to persistent issues. Currently, only one elevator is operational. This is a significant problem, particularly on the occasion when even that single working elevator failed, which created a potentially serious emergency issue for residents. Furthermore, we are paying an exorbitant rent that presumably covers amenities such as the BBQ area in the recreation section, yet this amenity has been inaccessible for nearly a month.
