I would give TRow a solid 9/10. I'm in the D3 and its a good amount of space plus everybody gets their own bathroom. The kitchen size is decent, the fridge and washing machines are big enough.

The walls are very thin, so I can easily hear people outside as well as my neighbors (especially the upstairs people; I hear every footstep). The gym and other amenities are very nice

My friends and I just signed a lease for the upcoming year (2026-2027). It is slightly hard to get in contact with anyone from the leasing office.
