The need staff (sage ventures) has been great this far. They are super helpful and friendly Tiarra the new assistant property manager took care of me today and I want to give her credit for her patience and the conversation we had. Brianne the new maintenance tech was amazing she fixed a leak I had for years and maintenance had not fixed from the dishwasher no problem. I think we in good hands with sage.

Poor maintenance, foundation of walls and floor are weak you can hear everything especially above you. So many problems when you first move in yet it takes forever to fix and my water & heat comes out cold many times still not fixed

I just recently moved in. Staff is excellent Renee and Mia are very knowledgeable and helpful. Buildings kept clean and peaceful

I really appreciate this apartment complex. I personally worked with Renee. When I called she was extremely helpful and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of. Even when I moved in she was very helpful with anything the apartment needed! By far she is the best assistant manager I’ve had the privilege of working with! I use to love living here at his complex, but the past year , maybe 2 it has gone down hill. The mice are taken over the property and the exterminator they send in are lousy. I like maintenance but they need help. This property is really going down . I'm not going to live with mice or any other creatures. You can't just send a exterminator in and put down traps and maintenance not coming in and plugging up holes. Yes it is a convenient place for people who use public transportation but i'd... rather have a piece of mind first and that means me walking in my place and not having a mouse great me or get up in the middle of the night and they just out in the opening playing tag :-( There will be no new lease if this problem isn't handle quick!
