Recent changes in the parking lot. Upon arrival from work I find available spaces

I been leaving at Hillcrest Terrace for about a year. My experience is been great with the Office and the Maintenance department as soon as I call the property manager Ms Amarilis she is very helpful and, If I need anything done in my apartment they will fixed rite away. I love the apartment community very quiet and safe apartments are big and spacious, I will recommend many of my friends to Hillcrest Terrace.

I had issues pertaining to the drainage as well as my stove top. One was severely clogged and the other was not working altogether. I put a ticket in early Monday morning and within a few hours, the maintenance crew was able to successfully fix both issues while I was at work. I really appreciate the swift action taken by the property management as well as the maintenance members. Thanks to them, I am able to go about my normal routine without future interruptions.
