I think the facility is sometimes not good. The water gets cold pretty often, and the sink gets stuck. There are soe water safety issues (i got brown water from my sink)

Good apartment, good amenities. Have had no problems since the move in. The maintenance service has also been prompt when a request has been raised. Would recommend for students.

Good size space and decent amenities. However, our apartment has roaches and a big gnat problem that is getting worse. There have also been some issues with hot water and water shut offs lately.
