Very nice place with great amenities, but expensive parking. Good area. Only one elevator working the entire time I’ve been here though, the amount of money I pay to live here is think it’d be fixed by now!

It took a couple days for furniture to come and some issues haven’t been fixed, but however, the apartment is really nice and spacious. I really like the environment and the utilities in the social. Though, it can take a while to use the elevators as there is only one working elevator, especially when you live on the higher floors.

So far it’s been nice and my suite mates are cool. I like that the beds are bigger here and there’s more space, but there’s just one dresser with two drawers to put your clothes in, but other than that it’s good.

Good square footage but an elevator that is a huge bottleneck, requiring me to take the stairs up tot he fifth floor every time I want to go to or leave my room.

When I moved in (8-19-25), they had a lot of time to prepare already. But none of the rooms were clean and I had to clean my room myself. The washing machine doesn’t spin properly and the stove was broke for almost 2 weeks before maintenance fixed it. I had to go a day without my bed and two more days without any other furniture. Some of my other suite-mates went without their furniture for about a week and came to move in with nothing, not even a bed. I gave it two characters because of this... but it has a nice theatre room(some relaxers are broke), nice gym (some equipment is broke) and nice indoor and outdoor lounge area.
