So far I love living here. There are only a few things that I would recommend to be changed: 1. the package room, the way it is now is a disaster. I came from an apartment complex that used Parcel lockers and that is preferred. But its been manageable so far. 2. The parking. I stay on a lower floor in the building and I can never find parking lower than floor 5. Its somewhat irritating. Aside from that, maintenance is great! The apartment is nice and the area feels safe and super cute! Love how... accessible the promenade is to take walks. I really do love it here so far though.

I’ve lived in this building for over a year now and recently renewed my lease. The amenities are amazing and it truly feels like living in a luxury hotel. Maintenance is always very friendly and quick. Our apartment is spacious and quiet (we only hear our upstairs neighbors periodically). I gave 4 stars because the office staff and concierge is not the most helpful or friendly at times.
