Arrive Union Wharf feels like a peaceful, well-maintained resort. I love being able to walk to shops and restaurants while feeling secure with the access and front desk security. From my first inquiry to move-in, Michelle, my leasing agent, was amazing, consistent, thoughtful, and personal. She made my Georgia-to-Maryland move so much easier, even giving me a virtual tour that sealed the deal. I also have to praise Walter and Vernon from maintenance as they are fast, thorough, and genuinely kind... .They take pride in their work, follow up to ensure everything’s right, and make living here even better.

Apartment itself is nice. Move in experience was not great. Apartment was dirty with spiders everywhere, dirty and broken closets, rusted toilets, no overhead lights etc

Unfortunately I moved into a dirty apartment, my new apartment had not been dusted and the floors were sticky. It took over two weeks to get a response from the property about my concerns and has still not been resolved a month later. Very disappointing for a luxury apartment. Moving in was a hassle as the elevator was not reserved as I was told it would be. The location is great and the amenities are beautiful but rules are unclear surrounding their use. The residents are not notified when a... space is reserved for a private event, you just find out when you go try to use that space. The security officers at the front desk are 3rd party contractors and cannot answer any questions about the building, but there is no way for new residents to know this. There are many easy fixes that could be made to improve the overall experience of living here, but it is very overpriced.
