Very affordable. In this case, you get what you pay for. The apts are thrown together with sheet rock over plywood. I can hear everything in every apt. Everyone can hear everything! The apts LOOK nice, however, everything is cheap and thrown together.(i.e. The closest doors keep falling off, the kitchen cabinets fall apart, the caulking in the bathroom is coming up)I am moving!
