I’d give zero stars if it were an option. Maintenance issues get marked as completed whether someone fixes the issue or even comes to apartment or not. We have been here about two years and still have an issue with mice. They’ve left poop in every room and closet area, and have torn up the carpets, kitchen floor, and now our living room furniture for nesting. The change in pest companies did nothing.

As soon as you sign the lease, the leasing office flakes on you. I need help so I keep calling and calling over the course of 3 weeks and no answer. The way that they treat their clients before and after the lease is signed is day and night. Do not live here. Thank me later.
