The new management company does not want to hear about your complaints and does not address the issues at hand.

Parking is not enforced at all, and people park anywhere they want, double parking in fire lanes and in no parking areas.

According to them if your AC goes out on the weekend (which happened to us) it is not considered emergency service until the temperature outside is over 90 degrees. Even though the temperature inside is in the upper 80's and you cant cook anything due to the... fear of raising the temperature even further. After several calls they still say someone will get to it on Monday, there's nothing they can do for you. I even offered to pay an HVAC company out of my pocket, and take care of it and they say they don't have keys to the Mechanical Room. For the amount of money you pay in rent, you do not get the expected service. I would not recommend anyone renting from this company as long as the current management company is running things. I am a current tenant in a 2 room bedroom apartment. I moved into this property in Feb 2020. I have enjoyed my stay without any issues and appreciated all WPM LLC, the management company, who previously managed this property has done for the property and treated us.
In Dec 2020, it is taken over by a new management company and recently, i received a survey for a work order. i called the office and was informed by front office that they had to close out the work order and there was no work... done. I had to know who had created the work order in my name. I was then transferred to Faye, who said preventative maintenance, such as checking of batteries in the fire alarm was done and that it is all good but i was not informed that maintenance will be entering my unit nor a general notice to the residents was broadcast. when i voiced my concern, Faye said, if I have such concerns, I will need to email them my preferences and they will keep my email on their file. They have 400 units and cannot inform the tenants individually nor send a broadcast. I live alone in the apartment and feel like my privacy have been invaded and the management company does not care for their tenants well being. Read More

Apartment has everything you need on site and the staff are amazing.

I don’t typically write reviews except for the most exceptional experiences, and this place I highly recommend. Awesome staff, very generous prices, and exceptionally lovely community. The large green view from my window makes for a great start to each morning. The apartment felt like home within minutes of walking through the door. My only (minor) complaint is an occasional shortage of conveniently located parking.
