Apartments are in nice condition, they have water and heater included on the price. Kitchen its ok, bathroom has an old style bathtub but in good condition, common areas are clean almost all the time. During the cold weather they usually clean the areas (sidewalks and parking). Ample parking space and near Pharmacy, gas stations, public library, park, restaurants, theater and postal office.

Sometimes you can hear people drinking and smell cigarette smoke in stairway. Once in a while you can... see strangers park in parking lot because of lack of spaces in street (they go to theater near by) and some people repair the cars also in parking lot. Out of that the people leaving in the area are very gentle. The place has surveillance equipment and once in a while you can see the police rounding parking area.
