We are in the process of getting a bright, sunny, two-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that includes a small personal office ready for rent. It's located just off the bus route and is only a short walk into town.
The apartment takes up both... the second and third floors of the building.
There is a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bath with an old-fashioned tub and shower on the second floor. There's a walk-in pantry off the kitchen, and also a small porch where you can sit and watch the world go by.
The third floor features a large bedroom with a small attached personal office and a second bathroom with a tiled shower.
The second floor is heated by a gas furnace. The third floor is heated by a mini-split, which also serves as an a/c during the summer.
Rent is $2,750 per month plus utilities (electricity and gas). We also ask for a Last month's Rent.
Well behaved animals are welcomed as tenants.
Everything is in the process of change, so please forgive the fact that the photos shown here are not formally "staged." We may add more updated ones later. You really need to see the apartment to appreciate it though.
Parking is readily available on the street, and there is a small parking area that we can all pull into to allow you to get off the street in case of a winter storm emergency.
