PEACEFUL AND SAFE LOCATION. EXCELLENT SCHOOLS WITH ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING PROGRAM. We and our tenants reap the benefits of all of the advantages and services that Newton has to offer. We enjoy low to no crime, excellent schools, library,... police department, fire department, Crystal Lake, tennis court, soccer field and much more.
Comfortable, large, lower flat in two-family house. The house is currently furnished. (Good beds.) We are open to renting it furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished.
Three bedrooms*, one bathroom, dining room, large living room, den/office. Semi-finished basement room primarily for tenants' use. with T.V. desk and toys. Some tenants used it for an office away from the children.
Eat-in kitchen with all appliances including new dishwasher and electric stove. Many cabinets and desk.
My husband and I live in the upper flat with our adorable golden retriever, Edie. We are helpful if you want and give you your privacy too. We share: pleasant enclosed back yard and garden, laundry facilities in basement, garbage, recycling and compost.
Tenant has easy street parking in front of house. Off-street parking provided In winter, if the City requires off-street parking,

Newton is a friendly, peaceful, easy-going neighborhood with great schools and amenities, including a soccer field and free tennis courts on the next block. Access to central Boston is easy by T (suburban railway), so you have the benefits of being close to the city while living in a small town. Most importantly, Karen and Aaron are wonderful landlords. They are kind and considerate and will go out of their way to make their tenants' stay a happy one. Any issues with the apartment were fixed very quickly. They are very easy to deal with and keen to offer help in settling in as well as sourcing 'nice to haves' such as play equipment for children. Our children have loved spending time with them and walking Scout and we will all miss them when we leave!"
