Maintenance is amazing and we couldn’t have gotten any luckier with them! They always show up promptly and are very polite and respectful while entering the apartment.

A comfortable place! I would love my family and friends to come here and move to this quills very very good place. Only thing I don’t like is rent goes up every year by a lot

Sorry they used to say tennis courts but we never seen nose either the three years I’ve been here let me see now there has been I think now we’re on the third or fourth property manager and maintenance person that should tell you something and they do not keep the property clean. I could go around taking pictures all day and find cigarette butts that you’re not supposed to smoke cigarettes or a vape or anything on property but you get head maintenance man walking around with the cigarette going... to his garage and smoking weed in it that people can smell and I get blamed for it. Very nice apartment, spacious, modern, beautiful love the pool , mail room, gym, yoga room, lounge room and the grills outside are awesome!!! Love the dog park and I don’t have dogs. But my favorite is the Car Wash and bike storage and the community room that you can rent, it’s marvelous.

Peaceful place to live, great amenities, office attentive staff, pool, gym, love the quiet nights, quiet morning’s not happy with all the speed bumps, I quess the tennants control bumps, no more tennants obey speed limits
