The apartment and the amenities are great. The maintenance is quick to respond. Only problem is management which is so short staffed that you’d hardly find them in their office when you need them.

The community is great, very young family oriented. Thus far the leasing/residence staff has not had the best service. They never answer the phones, applying to live here was a bit of a nightmare but my husband really liked the place. I’m pretty sure they have my number on a “do not answer” list because they will answer my husbands calls but not mine. Their system asked about our cars to complete the lease and then when we moved in, they told us they didn’t know we had cars and would need a... parking spot. I think it’s really just the leasing/residence team that is the issue. Once you’re fully moved in, I’m sure things will be much smoother.. hopefully

We’d like to clarify a few of the concerns mentioned. We do not block or screen resident phone numbers, and we sincerely... apologize if there were instances where your calls were not answered—this is not the level of service we aim to provide. At the time of your application and move-in, our team was experiencing staffing shortages, which unfortunately impacted response times and overall communication.
Regarding the vehicle information, our standard application did not include a section for vehicle details, which may have led to the confusion around parking arrangements. We understand how frustrating that must have been and appreciate your patience as we worked through it. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to help!

I can say only one word, it’s amazing. We are so happy to be here. From the before, which part is Alex helping us, until now… Everything was going perfect. They helped a lot to us for whatever we need

I moved in about a week ago and already feel right at home. I truly love the apartment, everything is modern and well-maintained. The entire process, from application to move-in, went smoothly. Alex was very helpful throughout the application, and on move-in day, the manager, Alexandra, went above and beyond to help me bring in my belongings, which I really appreciated.
I also love the amenities and the convenience of the location, it’s within walking distance to the commuter rail and Silver... Line, and close to places like BJ’s, HomeGoods, Costco, and more.

Nice space so far and staff has been very helpful! Knocked off a star because of lack of cleanliness when I moved in. Everything else was great and the woman in the front office is lovely!
