There has well-known been a package thief inside this apartment building for months, they even steal food delivery from the lobbies. Multiple apartments have complained to management many times and they just put out messages and responses saying they are not responsible for stolen packages and they do not do anything to help the residents resolve this issue. The issue has gotten completely out of hand. Extremely dissatisfied with management and their lack of empathy or action.

Pests
I moved in a few months ago to a brand new unit. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the pest complaints. We have seen cockroaches daily. The common areas are nicely kept, but I would advise asking landlord about pests before signing lease.

Great Management, Good Location.
I have lived here at 200 Mountain Ave for about 5 1/2 years. Management and Maintenance seem to be very on top of things. The new manager is clearly working very hard to improve the building as the common areas have been upgraded significantly in the last two years. Very happy to see the green walls gone!!
I am a bit confused by the negative reviews regarding rats, mice and roaches. While it's expected that in a complex of this size there are going to be pest issues that arrise, management... seems to send a pest exterminator almost immediately with any complaint. I saw what I thought was a bug once, turned out to be a dried leaf, and pretty sure it was less than 24 hours between my email and the exterminators arrival. I would absolutely reccommend this place to others and have!

Mice, mice poop, and cockroaches, oh my.
The title says it all.I’m a current tenant of almost three years, my mother has lived in a different unit for over 8 years, I don’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone who doesn’t want mice and cockroaches as roommates. We moved into our second unit in early March, it is now September and the building is so infested with pests and rodents they still haven’t taken care of the issue properly. The basement’s common areas, like laundry room, are covered in mice poop and exposed mice traps. On... our floor, there are 8 units, out of these units we are aware of 4 with very disturbing infestations. My family has been patient and waited all of 5 months for the issue to be properly addressed- it was not. After complaining for months we were also served with an eviction notice, so please beware before signing a lease with All City Management. I’m completely disappointed and upset to have to write this review, but I would hate for another family with children to go through the horror we have experienced. The units are old, unsanitary, and held together by construction foam- be weary and do a thorough apartment sweep before moving in. Our son’s things (clothes, toys, etc) were daily covered in mice poop, our food constantly berated by cockroaches- we have lost a lot of sanity and finances living here, have paid rent on time, and are sill being treated as awful tenants for having sanitary issues. The superintendent is very attentive and will attend to your issues when needed, but when a building is so poorly kept, there’s little to be done for the units.

Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry that you feel the way you do. While I certainly can not speak to your eviction online, I would be more than happy to set up a time to chat in person or over the phone. Please do call the office when you... can and I will answer any questions you may have. Again, on behalf of everyone at All City Management, I am sorry your time with us was not as you expected.

Rats everywhere
Rats rats everywhere, all the time. Trust me I live here.
The fact is these pictures are very deceptive. Let me tell you the reality of 200 Mountain Avenue apartments
1. The building is infested with rats and mice as soon as you turn off the light they come out of the heating pipes and dance in the living room and bedroom. Repeated complaints but the management doesn’t bother to solve the issue. They are only interested in rent not the upkeep.
2. The washers and dryer do not work at all: They... are a money grabbing machines. Repeated complains but the management again don’t care
3. Unlike shown in pictures most apartments have ugly carpeted floor. Which is unhygienic and smells all the time
4. The management plays a trick on new unsuspecting tenants: They will show you the most “good looking” apartment to you which is not even up for rent BUT after you have signed the lease they will give you the most ugly and dirty apartment. Now you have signed the new lease and left your old apartment and nowhere to go, that’s how they force you to take their apartments. Happened to one of my next door neighbors.

Hi there, I am very sorry you feel this way. I will admit that occassionally our laundry machines do break down, but we our do best to get them repaired asap. I have never had a complaint of rats and would urge you to contact the office right away if... you suspect any type of pest. We also never show apartments then force renters to sign a lease on a different unit. In fact we never force any type of lease signing. You are missinformed and i am sorry you felt the need to share that misinformation. Every unit has different fixtures and the ones posted here are mearly a sample. We have lots of photos listed on our individual advertisements. You seem very unhappy and thats not what we want, please email the office so we can go over your options with you. Thank you Management
