Absolutely loved the communication and overall helpfulness From Junior and the rest of the staff. They made moving in very seamless and smooth and we’ve absolutely enjoyed our time as tenants

Ive had a great experience living in this apartment building thus far. The management team is attentive and responsive, which makes a big difference in creating a welcoming community. The best part of the building is definitely the amenities, they are always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. One great feature is that the building allows dogs, which is a big plus for pet owners. However, it does come with some downsides. Some residents could be more responsible about cleaning up... after their pets in the hallways/elevators, as accidents happen from time to time. Additionally, the noise from dogs passing through the halls can be loud, but it's manageable once you're inside your apartment! The apartments themselves are comfortable, though the style could use some updating to match the modern vibe of the amenities. From moving out of state for the first time, it definitely was a bit nerve racking and junior made it nothing but a seamless experience- with any questions, timing, scheduling etc. it was beyond seamless and made my transition from state to state a bit easier knowing I had a property that was willing to work with me and was overly accommodating.


Now that I’m about a month settled in, I’d say in In love. The property is always well maintained, the living spaces are stunning-the windows alone,... can beat it. Not to mention it’s just MINS away from downtown Haverhill which is so amazing. Plus, the place always smells so clean, and the apartment walls aren’t paper thin- which is common with newly built establishment. You get history, comfort, aesthetic, and prime location. Staying here has many wonderful benefits, from Gym, Game Room, Home Work Space, Dinning Area to off leash dog area and many more wonderful things.
