Great Place to Live!
The Sudbury is an amazing building with a tremendous staff! They host fun events and Christine at the front desk and the maintenance guys are always friendly. You can’t beat the location and amenities.

The Sudbury is a great building and location. However, the way it is managed and maintained is subpar, and it is no longer worth living here.

I absolutely love the Sudbury! The staff is incredible, very friendly and kind and always remembers me. The building is impeccable and they’re constantly cleaning and doing little touches that make it feel luxurious but homey.

The building, location and amenities are great - but the level of basic professionalism is missing across the board. Packages are constantly missing only to show up behind the desk days later, communication on maintenance is unprofessional across a number of facets, units are poorly maintained and appliances / plumbing is constantly needing repair. There is elevator maintenance constantly - which should not be the case with a building built in 2020. Community events don't build community - the... events are often not nearty enough food and take place in the lobby, causing that space to get chaotic. The front desk concierge are often cold and I have seen tense interactions occur with residents on a number of occasions.
We love the building, the community of residents and pictured ourselves here for a number of years (and have considered upgrading our apartment to extra BR) but Greystar has really ruined every aspect of service making living here more of a headache when many residents come to a building this nice to get rid of those headaches. We have now considered leaving after 1 year.
