My apartment is always warm in the summer, even long after the sun has gone down. The "advanced central air system" consists of 2 vents and a thermostat that looks like it's from the 70s. Furthermore, tenants get charged by the fan speed and duration used, plus a base fee which is incurred whether you use the system or not for that month. HVAC charges were not made clear prior to leasing.
