His path into real estate began long before earning his license being rooted in years of hands-on experience as a landlord, property manager, and the son of a real estate investor/broker of over 20 years. Growing up around renovation projects and investment analysis, he learned early how to recognize value, understand a home’s potential, and identify opportunities that others might miss. As a proud Greek American, Nikolas brings a strong sense of family, community, and integrity to every client relationship. Nikolas graduated summa cum laude in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, later working in equity analysis for private companies at an accounting firm. His analytical foundation gives his clients a unique data-driven advantage when evaluating purchases, sales, and investment strategies. He brings the same meticulous approach to market analysis that he used in finance, looking to help clients make confident, informed decisions in any market environment. A real estate investor at the age of 25, Nikolas also has deep firsthand knowledge of renovation, rehab planning, and construction after completing significant work on his own property. His early experience running a small property management company for student tenants further shaped his understanding of leasing, investment returns, and property operations. Nikolas serves all of Massachusetts, working wherever his clients need him, from Boston and the North Shore to Central MA and beyond. Known for his high-energy, caring, and solutions-oriented approach, he became a real estate agent to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. To him, real estate is not just about closing deals but rather helping others build stability, wealth, and a sense of home. Originally from Central Massachusetts and now living in Boston, Nikolas enjoys skiing, exploring new investment strategies, and continuing to advance his knowledge of the market. He speaks English, Spanish and remedial Greek.
