HOUSE MAINTENANCE
- Trash pick up (Monday & Thursday)
- Snow emergency cleaning (November - March). Please DO NOT park your car in the snow emergency artery during a declared snow emergency to avoid parking ticket/tow. Any ticket(s) or towing related to your vehicle will need to be handled directly by the guest.

PROPERTY DISCLOSURE
We employ security and safety measures for our guests and neighbors. Thus, the following devices are installed:
- 1 doorbell camera and 1 active camera located on the exterior of the property and in no way/shape/form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7.
- Smart home device that detects noise decibel levels inside the home. This device also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vape pens. The device does not record video or audio.
