You are invited to live in a multifamily/resident house with me, the owner of the property, along with exactly 2 other tenants. Your living space will be separated by a standard keyed door on one side and a keyed glass... sliding door on the other side (which will be covered with blackout drapes), and will be private. I will live in the basement of the house, which is in another private section of the building, and I will use the sunroom outside the glass sliding door. The sliding door is visible in the photos, and the sunroom will be used for teaching the violin.

Here is the TL;DR (TOO LONG; DIDN'T READ) summary of my listing. I am a 26 year old violinist and mathematician who is prepping for grad school. Here is my offer: $2550 for 4 rooms, 2 (unfurnished) beds, each with brand new hard flooring and closets, 1 (furnished) living room+1 private bath (with two vanities), with shared kitchen+laundry access and central air AC+ central forced air heating, and your private 4 rooms total about 845 sq ft . PARKING: As part of the tenancy, up to 2 private off-street non-garage parking spots available for you. UTILITIES: The rent is *negotiable*, and includes Verizon internet (with a mesh network setup) and utilities and trash pickup. IMPORTANT: Everyone in the building smokes cannabis or tolerates cannabis smoke inside of the building, and we are looking for someone that is at least tolerant of cannabis smoke inside of the building (we don't usually smoke in the common areas).

The house is a single building that is divided into two sections, an old section and a new one. The new section is separated as described above and is private, **but it is not a fully separated apartment or a fully separated building**.

Let me introduce myself.

I am a 26 year old violin teacher, mathematician, and amateur bodybuilder.

I am also planning to go to graduate school to acquire a Phd in pure or applied math. One of my goals in life is to become an autodidactic polymath.

I live an unconventional life, and I do practice the violin quite a bit at times. So far, no tenant has had any complaints about my practicing.

I am willing to compromise about possible noise nuisance issues.

How many people might live in the house?
So far there are 2 tenants and myself in the house, so I suppose the maximum is 5 adults, 3 on the old section, and 2 on the new side.

Location

This is a prime location if you wish to be nearby Middlesex Community College.

By car, the house is about 4 minutes to Middlesex Community College.
By foot, the journey to the college is about 1.1-2 miles, depending on your route.

Beautiful Nutting Lake is just a short walk down the street.

The house is close to the border of Burlington, and is about a 15 minute drive to the Burlington Mall, Lifetime Gym, Burlington, and grocery stores such as H-Mart, Market Basket, and Wegmans.
