This place is the most overpriced piece of garbage I have ever lived In. They lure us renters in with a staged apartment in a building that is 20 years newer than the actual apartment buildings. Then they make up excuses as to why you can’t see the actual unit you will be renting until the day you come to sign your lease. By then it is too late to back out. The grounds are gross, animal pee has destroyed the grass in all common areas. There is one trash and recycle for the entire property. It is... constantly overfilled and trash ends up lying around. The units are marketed as luxury but that’s purely superficial. Mold in the bathrooms, terrible carpeting that damages easily and then they charge you for it. A “cam” charge monthly that goes to absolutely nothing. My advice is to rent anywhere you possibly can that is not here

Property Manager at Charles Bellingham responded to this review
We understand your concerns and would like to clarify a few points. When a specific unit is unavailable, we do our best to show a similar unit so that you can get a better feel for what the space will look like once it's ready. We strive to be... transparent during the leasing process, and we apologize if the experience didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the grounds, we take pride in maintaining the property, and our team works daily to address any issues, including removal of trash and pet waste. We’ve also added more pet stations to make the community more convenient for our residents. We have not received any maintenance requests or requests for remediation. If such issues arise, we ensure that any necessary remediation is taken care of swiftly to maintain a healthy living environment. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at TheCharlesMgr@Twocoastliving.com.

Horrible Leasing Office
First of all, they still could not figure out what to do with the machine which is called phone. Second, they will tell you they have apartments on the specific date you are looking for and once you drive to their office they will first pretend they did not have any conversation with you whatsoever and will tell you they don't any apartments for your dates. Unprofessional language, rude.

Hello Riazat,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and it seems there’s been some misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we didn’t have apartments available for the specific dates you were looking for, but we did offer options that were earlier than... what you requested. We apologize if our communication wasn’t clear. Our team is dedicated to assisting everyone to the best of our ability. We wish you the best in your home search.

STAY AWAY
Management could care less about your complaints. Maintenance is a joke (and you PAY for it each month!). When we moved in, the place wasn't ready. They wanted us to move in the next day. We had a moving company - it cost us and extra $600 to wait around until is was somewhat ready. No microwave (took 2 months to get). Dishwasher leaked day 1. Water temperature is inconsistent, a 5 minute shower will take you from scalding hot to cold back to warm, to cool. Maintenance tried to blame me... (???) Oddly, all of your "past maintenance requests" on the portal are gone. But they seem to forget you get an emailed copy of each one. The place is decent, although we're in a handicapped apartment (didn't ask for one), yet the sink height is higher than any I've ever seen! You have to go on your tippy toes to wash your face? The front office is a joke, they sent me a request about my subsidized housing - DON'T HAVE SUBSIDIZED HOUSING - we pay it all ourselves? Try to email them, they "never got it". Try to call - hardly ever answer and if they do - they don't want to help.

terrible management
they must be paying people to leave positive reviews. absolutely not “luxury” apartments. terrible response time from management. and don’t bother trying to stop by the office when david or the other lady are having a bad day. they will be incredibly rude to their long time residents. i could honestly write a book with the problems here. avoid at all costs! you’re better off living in a dumpster, tbh.

They do not repair any issues
Horrible place to live the managers should be brought to court for some of the conditions people are forced to live in.
