Hello! We're renting out our 3-bedroom, 2 full bath single family home in Ice Pond Woods in Amherst, MA. This house is... a ~10 drive from UMass and Hampshire College. Move-in date is flexible, ideally Dec 1, 2026, but good with January or February too. Lease is 12 months with option for renewal. Gas heating and Central AC. There is a useable wood stove + fire place (wood stove does a great job heating up the house & cutting on gas bill!). In-unit washer and dryer. Use of detached garage included. Electric, gas, and wifi not included.

This is a really fantastic family home — extremely quiet neighborhood, wooded, lots of trails nearby, very sweet neighbors. The house will be largely unfurnished — although we can leave a few things, if the renter would like them.

No cats. Dogs are allowed — but our neighborhood HOA does not allow certain large breeds, such as pitbulls, dobermans, german shepards, etc. Please let me know what kind(s) of dogs you have and I can confirm if they're permitted! Currently we have a greyhound living here and she loves it :)
