the only thing I would say is the trash room’s door. When it closed it’s too loud. Everything else are perfect. I love the gym and especially the soda machine in the chilling area. Still don’t have a chance to try the barbecue area because of the storm, but it looks awesome

The move-in process did not start off smoothly due to a lack of clear guidance and communication. I asked multiple times where to park for move-in but was given verbal explanations instead of being shown exactly where to go. Once I arrived at the dock, no one was there to assist me, and there was no clear signage directing me to the lobby. I assumed taking the elevator would lead me there. When I called for help, the interaction felt aggressive rather than supportive, which added to the... confusion. I was excited but also anxious about moving in, and this experience changed that feeling initially. That said, now that I am fully moved in, things have improved. The concierge and staff have been very helpful and kind. With better communication and clearer signage, the move-in experience could be much smoother.

Love the modern design and amenities here at Alder. Super convenient location. There is a Stop and shop and Starbucks in the building. Walking distance to the Boston Landing commuter rail station.

I’ve had a great experience living in this building. It’s very well maintained, with clean common areas and a strong sense of security. Management is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and restaurants. The building is quiet, comfortable, and feels like a true home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

It’s been a great experience. I’m close to work which is a plus. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family to live at Adler, also we have great amenities and stop and shop right there which is super cool. I just need a bigger place for my son and I
