The staff is friendly and maintenance is awesome. We love it here! The location is very convenient and the community is friendly with kids playing and people hanging out. Plus there’s washer and dryer in the unit. It doesn’t get better than that.

Living at Colonial Plaza in Shreveport has been a great experience. The location is perfect—close to shopping and dining, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The grounds are always well-kept, and the apartments are spacious with plenty of natural light.
The management and maintenance teams are professional and very responsive, which makes living here stress-free. There is a friendly, respectful atmosphere among neighbors that makes it feel like a true community. I highly recommend Colonial... Plaza to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!

It's quite and peaceful. I've been here for 2 years now and I'm glad I decided to move here. The office staff and maintenance are nice and friendly. Thankfully I haven't had any issues.

Great place to live!
I’ve had a really good experience at Colonial Plaza Apartments. I’ve been living here for the last 5 years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive — any issues are handled quickly. The area feels safe and peaceful, and the neighbors are respectful. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciate how close it is to stores, restaurants, and other conveniences. Overall, it’s a comfortable... and affordable place to call home. Highly recommend!
