I’ve absolutely loved my time at colonial plaza. It’s quiet, but they have plenty of activities if you like the neighborhood connection. I would recommend living here to anyone and everyone!

I love living here it is quite nice and the staff is very nice. When you need something done maintenance gets right on it. The ground stay clean and the neighbors are friendly.

One of the best bang for your buck rentals in the city. Especially considering the location. It’s not perfect but the price and amenities beats the apartments across the street.

Quality of services and amenities are going either down or staying the same. Still waiting on new rocking chairs for my buildings front porch for the past 4 years. Rent steadily increases every year with little to show for it.
