Great place for the Shreveport area. Very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and always helpful. All residents are very friendly and polite.

I recommend colonial plaza i’ve been here 5 months ago I feel comfortable and very safe and happy every thing good appliances very good and Air condition very good and the customer service with myami is vary good she help us and she been on her office on time

I have enjoyed my stay here. I am a resident of 4 years and have met around 30 people. The maintenance crew has been outstanding. The lawn care service as well has been. :)
